Brinsley Headstocks (NG16 5AE) car park is located on the A608 approximately 1 mile north of Eastwood, next to the Brinsley Lodge public house.
It is easily accessible from both J26 and J27 of the M1.
From J26 of the M1 take the A610 towards Ripley/Ambergate. Take the second turnoff signposted Heanor/Eastwood. Turn right at the roundabout onto the A608 towards Eastwood/Mansfield. At the traffic lights keep to the inside lane and follow the A608 towards Mansfield. The Headstocks car park is approximately 1 mile on the right.
From J27 of the M1 take the A608 towards Eastwood/Heanor. At the road junction turn left, then right approximately 400m at the sign for A608 Eastwood/Heanor. Travel through the village of Brinsley and Headstocks car park is 300m past the sharp left-hand bend.
